๐บ๐ธ 1. Shipping Destination & Currency
Currently, SeamlessForHer operates exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All prices, shipping rates, and transactions are securely processed in USD (US Dollars).
โฐ 2. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PT - Pacific Time).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PT) will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PT), or during weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
๐ 3. Handling & Transit Time (Delivery Estimates)
To ensure accuracy, our total delivery time is split into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

Handling / Processing Time: 1 โ 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatching your items from our warehouse.

Transit / Shipping Time: 5 โ 10 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for your package to travel from our shipping facility to your destination address.

Please note: Shipping operations do not run on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or official US public holidays.

We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden surprises. We offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 24โ48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
๐ 6. Address Changes & Cancellations

Before Fulfillment: If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@seamlesforher.com before the order is fulfilled. We will happily update it or cancel the order for a full refund.

After Fulfillment: Once an order is marked as "Fulfilled" or a tracking number is issued, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order. You will need to receive the package and follow our standard return process.

If you find that your package is damaged upon arrival, or if the estimated delivery window has passed and you havenโt received your items, please reach out to our customer support within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement immediately.
